Job summary

Axion is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the data foundation and onboarding experience of the Axion platform, turning messy customer data into trustworthy workspaces for engineers.

You'll partner with Engineering, Design, Solutions, and Operations to define the vision, drive data product strategy, and convert onboarding into repeatable, scalable capability that reduces time-to-value while preserving data integrity and AI trust.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management in B2B software.
• Hands-on data schemas, taxonomies, or data ingestion surfaces.
• Experience measuring AI output quality and improvements.
• Track record turning onboarding/operations into repeatable product.
• Ability to work directly with customers and setup teams.
• Experience at a venture-backed startup.

Responsibilities

• Own the data handoff path to a usable workspace and first useful issues.
• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products aligned with goals.
• Turn manual setup into repeatable product capability.
• Decide data structures, linking, classification, and evolution with AI.
• Capture product knowledge about customers' products and failures for AI context.
• Learn from onboarding with Solutions, Operations, and customers.
