Job summary

Axion is hiring a player-coach Senior Product Manager to lead the Enterprise Platform. You will own APIs, integrations, workspaces, permissions, governance, and reliability that keep Axion secure, connected, and scalable for complex manufacturers.

You will split time between guiding planning and coaching PMs and hands-on work on the most challenging platform areas, partnering with Product, Engineering, Design, Solutions, and GTM to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading PMs while owning meaningful scope with hands-on contribution.
• Deep enterprise platform knowledge: APIs, integrations, permissions, governance, reliability.
• Strong technical judgment and ability to influence engineering decisions.
• Operations- and metric-driven product leadership at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own Enterprise Platform: APIs, integrations, workspaces, permissions, governance, and reliability.
• Lead planning, reviews, and metrics; coach PMs; maintain operating cadence with Eng.
• Partner with Design, Engineering, Solutions, and GTM to deliver scalable outcomes.
• Create coherence across product areas and communicate decisions to executives.
