Axonify Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and own the strategy for a key area of our enterprise SaaS platform.

You will balance executing prioritized initiatives with ongoing discovery to shape the long‑term vision and roadmap, working with engineering, design, analytics, customers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to drive value and growth. You will lead research to build buyer personas, translate insights into a prioritized roadmap, and deliver AI‑powered features that span

Qualifications

• 5–7 years experience in product management or related roles within a SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
• Proven ability to translate complex business and user problems into clear, actionable product strategies.
• Strong technical fluency - able to reason about data, system interactions, and implementation tradeoffs in partnership with engineering.
• Experience leveraging product research and analytics to inform decisions and understand customer behavior.
• Practical understanding of modern AI-enabled workflows across the product lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence across teams.
• Experience building products for frontline employees is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies and product management tools strongly preferred.
• Previous experience mentoring junior product managers or product teams strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer and user research to define personas, use cases, and workflows.
• Translate research into prioritized product roadmap, requirements, and success metrics (KPIs).
• Deliver cross‑functional solutions that integrate with shared systems and maintain platform boundaries.
• Collaborate with engineering, design/UX, QA, marketing, sales, operations, and support to ship high‑impact features.
• Develop AI-powered features across the full lifecycle from ideation to integration and feedback.
• Enable internal teams (sales, marketing, enablement) to sell and support the product.
• Monitor post‑launch usage metrics and iterate based on experimentation and feedback.
• Mentor peers and contribute to a culture of discovery and collaboration.
• Navigate trade‑offs and maintain transparent alignment across the organization.
