Job summary

Grata is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager, Data to drive forward our data initiatives, expanding datasets and improving accuracy and availability to customers.

You will partner with engineering and data science to deliver high-quality data, develop strategic roadmaps, and ensure data governance while scaling with the business. The role emphasizes collaboration and impact in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience building data initiatives and roadmaps.
• Strong SQL skills and data-driven decision making.
• Able to influence across all levels of the organization.
• Experience in startup or high-ambiguity environments.
• Familiar with modern data stack tools.
• Bonus: private capital markets knowledge.
• Bonus: experience as data scientist/engineer.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and translate into data-driven features.
• Develop strategic roadmaps with milestones and metrics.
• Collaborate across ML, data science, design, engineering, and product marketing.
• Prioritize initiatives using data-driven approaches.
• Define detailed data requirements from stakeholder input.
• Establish data quality and reliability for datasets.
• Communicate progress to executives.
