Job summary

Grata, part of Datasite, is seeking a Product Manager to own Derived Intelligence—datasets, scores, and signals built atop raw data. You will define measurement rigor, collaborate with data scientists and engineers, and shape product strategy in a fluid, customer‑obsessed environment.

You will work across Grata, Datasite, and the broader Datasite family to turn proprietary data into valuable customer outcomes, balancing ambiguity with actionable roadmap milestones and clear success metrics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong data fluency; SQL skills to analyze datasets.
• Experience shipping data products where the data itself is the product.
• Experience partnering with data scientists on predictive or statistical models.
• A track record of finding a valuable product inside an existing dataset.
• Experience in a startup or high-ambiguity environment.
• Interest in an office-centric culture with a flexible work environment.
• Domain knowledge of private capital markets – M&A workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the Derived Intelligence roadmap and define datasets, scores, and signals to build.
• Partner with data scientists to define success, evaluate models, and iterate on product requirements.
• Identify new product opportunities across Grata, Datasite, and the wider Datasite family.
• Define and defend metric definitions and what a score or signal means.
• Develop deep understanding of dealmaker workflows through user research and data analysis.
• Create strategic roadmaps with milestones and measurable metrics.
• Collaborate across data science, ML, design, engineering, and product marketing to ship the roadmap.
• Prioritize initiatives using a customer-centric, data-driven approach.
