Job summary

Datasite, the platform powering major M&A activity, seeks a Product Manager to own Derived Intelligence—datasets, scores, and signals built atop raw data. You will define what to measure, work with data science to validate models, and package results into the Grata platform and MCP tooling.

The role blends analytical rigor with creativity across Grata, Datasite, and the wider family, focusing on customer value and data-driven product decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong hands-on data fluency: comfortable in SQL, able to pull and analyze a dataset.
• Experience shipping data products where data is the product – scores, signals, analytics features.
• Experience partnering with data scientists on predictive or statistical models.
• Track record of finding valuable product opportunities inside existing datasets.

Responsibilities

• Own the Derived Intelligence roadmap: datasets, scores, and signals; define order and impact.
• Partner with data scientists to frame problems, define labels, evaluate models.
• Identify new product opportunities across Grata, Datasite, and the wider family.
• Define and defend metric definitions: what a score means and how calculated.
• Develop deep understanding of dealmaker workflows through user research and data analysis.
• Build strategic roadmaps with milestones and measurable metrics.
