Grata, part of Datasite, is seeking a Lead Product Designer in New York City. You will lead the design of AI-powered workflows and complex data experiences, collaborating with the Head of Design, Product, and Engineering to turn challenging problems into simple, powerful interfaces.

You will own discovery to delivery, mentor teammates, evolve the design system, and advocate for users across the product organization. This is a hands‑on senior IC role with high impact.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience designing digital products in in‑house teams.
• Strong UX thinking, interaction design, and visual/UI craft across shipped products.
• Experience independently leading complex projects from discovery through delivery.
• Excellent Figma skills, including prototyping and working with design systems.
• Experience using modern AI prototyping tools to explore and communicate product ideas.
• Strong product thinking balancing customer, business, and technical considerations—not just the interface.
• Ability to simplify complex information and workflows without sacrificing their underlying power.
• Experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineers in an iterative product development environment.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, including explaining design decisions.
• Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and mentorship.

Responsabilidades

• Own complex product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Help define how AI workflows and agents become a natural part of the Grata experience.
• Design UX that transforms large, proprietary data into discoverable insights.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems and shape product direction.
• Lead user research, usability testing, and validation of solutions.
• Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production‑ready UI in Figma.
