You’ll collaborate deeply with engineering on APIs, data contracts, and system architecture while defending a data-driven roadmap amid revenue pressures.

The role emphasizes prioritization with incomplete data, surface risk explicitly, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive reliable, scalable platform improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management, with 2+ years owning infrastructure, data pipelines, or backend migrations.
• Experience with API and webhook design, system architecture, and integration patterns.
• Proven ability to define and manage SLAs in production environments.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy for an infrastructure domain and drive measurable targets.
• Partner with engineering on API design, data contracts, and architectural risk.
• Lead consolidation or migration efforts across fragmented services.
• Write briefs with hypotheses, objectives, and key results for migration phases.
• Build customer- or internal-facing documentation and requirements from stakeholders.
