Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. in San Jose seeks a Product Leader to own the vision and roadmap for customer insights and adoption within Cisco Cloud Control.

You will translate signals from customer behavior, product strategy, and analytics into actionable journeys that drive adoption and value across the Cisco environment. Partner with product, data, and engineering teams to define metrics, build in-product experiences, and guide cross-functional decisions that enable product-led growth and measurable

Qualifications

Minimum 12 years with Bachelor's, 8 with Masters, or 5 with PhD in product management or related ownership of customer-facing products.
Experience with enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, product analytics, or large-scale telemetry.
Ability to turn behavioral data into clear opportunities and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Define end-to-end customer visibility across discovery, onboarding, activation, usage, expansion, and renewal signals.
Identify patterns in how customers discover, configure, and use products to drive adoption.
Create in-product journeys and recommendations to improve onboarding and time-to-value.
Support product-led growth with measurable activation and retention metrics.
Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and GTM partners to align on opportunities.
Communicate findings and recommendations to executives and product teams.
