Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc is seeking a product leader to own the vision and roadmap for customer insights and adoption within Cisco Cloud Control. You will define and drive end-to-end customer journeys, onboarding, and activation, guiding product-led growth across the portfolio.

You will partner with product, data, design, and engineering teams to turn signals into trusted insights, and to build journeys that deepen adoption and value for customers in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, product analytics, customer data platforms, or large-scale telemetry.
• Experience defining product analytics, instrumentation, lifecycle metrics, or adoption strategies for a digital product.
• Experience turning behavioral data and customer research into clear product opportunities, decisions, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading cross-functional work with engineering, design, analytics or data science, and go-to-market partners.
• Prior experience with digital customer journeys, onboarding, activation, feature adoption, retention, or product-led growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for customer insights and adoption across Cisco Cloud Control.
• Build capabilities to reveal how customers onboard, move between experiences, use products and features, and realize value.
• Create in-product journeys to activate capabilities and improve onboarding, recommendations, and time to first meaningful outcome.
• Define a growth model with measures for activation, adoption, engagement, retention and expansion.
