Cisco is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to drive end-to-end customer lifecycle adoption campaigns across global campaigns and verticals. You’ll plan, execute, measure, and report on initiatives that maximize product adoption and renewals.

You will collaborate with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and Sales to align strategy, optimize performance, and deliver AI-enabled insights for scalable digital engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience managing integrated marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience managing marketing project timelines, email campaigns, and virtual customer events.
• Demonstrated proficiency in marketing analytics and automation platforms (SalesForce, SFMC, Eloqua, Adobe, Google Analytics, Webex, Project Management, Tableau, AI assistants) for performance tracking and optimization.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns with a global or multi-regional scope.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the complete management of specific customer lifecycle adoption campaigns, from strategy and planning through execution, measurement, and reporting.
• Manage timelines, resources, and cross-team collaboration for campaigns.
• Guide cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and impact on adoption, renewals, and revenue.
