Formación

• 12+ years in product management or ownership of customer-facing products or platform capabilities.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, product analytics, customer data platforms, or large-scale telemetry
• Experience defining product analytics, instrumentation, lifecycle metrics, or adoption strategies for a digital product.
• Experience turning behavioral data and customer research into clear product opportunities, decisions, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading cross-functional work with engineering, design, analytics or data science, and go-to-market partners.
• Prior experience of digital customer journeys, onboarding, activation, feature adoption, retention, or product-led growth.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product vision and roadmap for customer insights and adoption across Cisco Cloud Control.
• Build capabilities that reveal how customers onboard, move between experiences, use products and features, and realize value across their Cisco environment.
• Turn signals into trusted insights and thoughtful journeys that help customers make better use of capabilities and guide Cisco toward a product-led experience.
• Define a growth model with measures for activation, adoption, engagement, retention, and expansion; identify opportunities to make Cisco Cloud Control the natural hub for customer journeys.
• Measure how customers discover, adopt, and use AI agents and agent-enabled workflows alongside products, features, and existing operating practices.
• Lead cross-functional product decisions by aligning product management, design, engineering, data science, analytics, marketing, and sales around a shared view of adoption.
