Job summary

Aires, a leader in relocation management, seeks a Senior Product Manager - Customer Experience to bridge product strategy with real-world client adoption. The role embeds within client delivery, feedback loops, and cross-functional agile product improvement.

You will drive operational data into roadmaps, collaborate with R&D, architecture, UX, and engineering to refine Epics and User Stories, and optimize deployment cycles. This is a hybrid Pittsburgh-based role offering growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education as listed: Bachelor's degree in business, IT, engineering, or relevant technology.
• 7+ years of ownership in enterprise technology implementation, tech consulting, or product management within an agile framework (SAFe preferred).
• Experience in global workforce mobility, corporate relocation tech, financial systems operations, or HRIS platforms.
• Comfort discussing integration designs, APIs, data pipelines, and workflow automation without an engineering degree.
• Proficiency with agile product lifecycle tracking tools: Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, MS Office.
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with low-code/no-code tools, scripting, or AI-enabled workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational delivery of standalone enterprise tech deployments from discovery to go-live.
• Serve as the primary contact for corporate accounts during complex configurations and project milestones.
• Create repeatable onboarding playbooks to help clients transition to Aires software ecosystems.
• Develop baselines, dashboards, and metrics to monitor deployment cycle times for leadership.
