IrisCX is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive improvements to our Visual Customer Experience platform. You will report to the CTO and oversee the product portfolio, defining a cohesive platform vision across development teams and connecting business and tech stakeholders.

The role emphasizes owning the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on impact to DAU/MAU, and translating client needs into actionable backlog items.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in startups building a product.
• Prior PO/Scrum Master experience.
• Experience with startup lifecycle in Series A–B SaaS.
• Experience defining and overseeing product roadmaps.
• Experience with video/communication technologies is an asset.
• Experience in entrepreneurship, sales or marketing is an asset.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver on common goal.
• Strong technical background and understanding of the current bleeding edge technology.
• Remote work experience is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the CTO while overseeing IrisCX’s product portfolio.
• Define and manage the vision for our platform to ensure that our team maintains a cohesive vision throughout development.
• Be an integral part of connecting business and technology teams together.
• Determine product and market feature prioritization driving DAU & MAU
• Define and manage backlog items, prioritizing them based on our overall strategy.
• Break down touch point and pain point journey mapping with the ability to quantify impact through feature development.
• Oversee development stages, working with stakeholders to identify and organize the next steps.
• Serve as the voice of the client, understand and anticipate client needs to more effectively manage the development process.
• Evaluate product progress at each iteration.
