Job summary

SupplyHouse is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead cross-functional Customer Experience initiatives with autonomy, shaping vision from research to launch and post-launch analysis. The role supports remote work within select US states and requires travel to the NY office up to six times per year.

You will drive strategic product decisions, translate analytics into roadmaps, and mentor junior PMs while partnering with engineering on modern architecture and AI-enabled features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, STEM, or related field.
• 7+ years of product experience, with 5+ years in similar Product/Customer Experience roles.
• 2+ years in e-commerce industry experience.
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional initiatives end to end.
• Strong data fluency and ability to translate analytics into roadmap decisions.
• Experience defining and running A/B tests and establishing KPIs.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence for documentation and scrum ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic vision and leadership to complex initiatives with independent judgment.
• Leads comprehensive user and market research to inform product strategy.
• Sets vision and strategic goals for projects and defines experience architecture.
• Owns commercial outcomes, linking roadmap to financial goals and margins.
• Drives funnel optimization, including checkout friction and personalization.
• Translates analytics and A/B results into actionable roadmap decisions.
• Partners with engineering on platform direction and APIs.
• Identifies opportunities to apply AI/ML to commerce use cases.
• Manages product backlog, requirements, and user stories across projects.
• Builds documentation in JIRA and runs sprint ceremonies.
• Leads UAT planning and post-launch analysis.
• Establishes KPIs, rollout plans, and performance monitoring.
• Communicates insights to senior stakeholders and mentors junior PMs.
