Qualifications

• Six+ years in product management, digital transformation, strategy development.
• Eight+ years in logistics, operations, engineering, agile development.
• Experience with new product development preferred.
• Familiarity with global supply chain practices.
• Ability to analyze financial impacts and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategies for customer experiences across Ryder's digital ecosystem.
• Lead discovery, roadmaps, prioritization, and delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Leverage AI, automation, and analytics to improve customer outcomes and efficiency.
• Design seamless omnichannel experiences across web, mobile, messaging, and more.
• Collaborate with operations, data, and commercial teams to align with enterprise goals.
