Responsibilities

• Assist Sr. Product development manager in defining and delivering Loyalty and marketing products and capabilities.
• Collaborate with product owner partners to outline the product roadmap and refine the backlog.
• Conduct data analysis to inform the product roadmap.
• Participate in product ideation and research focusing on Loyalty and marketing innovations.
• Focus on product prioritization and KPI-driven initiatives.
• Coordinate with legal, Compliance, privacy, and risk teams to include requirements for new features.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, design, and external partners to deliver impactful products.
• Leverage customer feedback to iterate and drive process improvements.
