Job summary

Trane Technologies plc is seeking a Sr. Product Manager – Controls Service Agreements to lead service agreement products and initiatives across the Americas. You will drive revenue growth, maintain market share, and expand margins while delivering a strategic vision and measurable results.

You will articulate a clear plan for connected controls services, collaborate with service, digital, and equipment PMs, and lead cross-functional teams in a remote, highly collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required.
• 5 years of combined experience in sales, marketing, P&L leadership, and/or product management roles.
• HVAC and BAS/controls experience, knowledge of building systems operation, and extensive knowledge of field, service, and product required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong negotiation and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Manage tradeoffs between short- and long-term product performance as measured in revenue, margin, and market share.
• Actively manage day-to-day needs of controls services offerings, identifying and delivering profitable growth opportunities.
• Support regular industry, market, and competitor analyses, including segmentation of end consumers and customers.
• Develop and execute the product plan for connected controls / BAS services with pricing, margins, and customer value proposition.
• Lead and influence stakeholders across the organization to drive alignment and execution, including remote environments.
• Collaborate with market research teams to understand customer needs and define requirements for product lines.
• Review and approve adjustments to offer structure, pricing, policies, or service features to meet customer needs.
