Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Sr Product Manager for Controls Service Agreements to lead the product, project, and initiatives driving service growth across the Americas. You will own revenue targets, market share, and margin expansion while guiding strategic direction with executive presence.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills, with experience in HVAC/BAS services. This remote role offers global collaboration and travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience required.
• 5 years of combined experience in sales, marketing, P&L leadership, and/or product management roles.
• HVAC and BAS/controls experience, knowledge of building systems operation, and extensive knowledge of field, service, and product required.
• Understanding of Day 1 and Day 2 controls projects and service offerings and how they benefit customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage tradeoffs between short- and long-term product performance as measured in revenue, margin, and market share, while accountable for business results.
• Actively manage day-to-day needs of controls services offerings, identifying and delivering profitable growth opportunities.
• Support regular industry, market, and competitor analyses with detailed segmentations of end consumers and customers.
• Develop and execute the product plan for connected controls / BAS services with pricing, margins, and value proposition.
• Initiate and support business cases for New Product Development activities with clear revenue and margin impact.
• Collaborate with other service, controls, digital, and equipment product managers to align strategy.
• Collaborate with market research teams to understand customer needs and define requirements.
• Review and approve adjustments to offer structure, pricing, policies, or service features to meet customer needs and inflations and lifecycle stages.
• Lead and influence stakeholders across the organization to drive alignment and execution.
• Demonstrate servant leadership in a remote, collaborative environment.
