Job summary

Pearson is hiring a senior product manager/strategist to standardize how content is planned, built, and measured across units. You will work with product, engineering, design and editorial teams to redesign production workflows, define a taxonomy, and build AI-enabled content tooling that improves quality and speed.

You bring 7+ years in content or publishing product management, hands-on experience with CMS/DAM/LCMS, and a track record delivering substantial content systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management in content, publishing, or content platform domains.
• Hands-on ownership of content standards work: taxonomy and metadata design, quality frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Embed standards spine inside real business unit work with global quality data standards.
• Redesign and shorten production workflows with teams to reduce handoffs.
• Partner with content leaders to plan and craft strategy and artifacts like MRDs/PRDs.
• Guide teams to high-quality plans and content strategy aligned to learner jobs and business outcomes.
• Build AI fluency across content teams and evaluate AI tooling for content work.
