Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Consumer Payments. This remote US role leads the design and optimization of payment experiences that simplify repayment, improve payment success, and reduce costs.

You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Design, and Partnerships to drive impactful outcomes. In this role, you will shape experiments, balance risk and performance, and present a compelling roadmap to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Strong analytical rigor and data-driven decision making.
• Curiosity about customers and how experiences break down.
• Ability to discuss system tradeoffs with engineers and cross-functional partners.
• Track record of taking products from discovery through launch and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Create new payment experiences that simplify repaying and improve success.
• Lead cross-functional work with Design, Analytics, Engineering, Finance, and Partnerships.
• Design and run experiments to improve conversion, payments, and cost.
• Define secure, cost-effective payment processing strategies.
• Drive a data-informed roadmap and present strategy to senior leadership.
