Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Consumer Payments to design new payment experiences that simplify repayment and improve success rates. This role is remote-first within the United States and involves collaborating with Design, Analytics, Finance, and Partnerships to shape the payments roadmap.

You will lead discovery through launch, run experiments to optimize conversion and cost, and partner with Engineering to balance performance, risk, and scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Strong analytical rigor and data-driven decision making.
• Curiosity about customers and problem discovery.
• Experience collaborating with engineers on systems and tradeoffs.
• Track record from discovery through launch with ambiguity resolved.

Responsibilities

• Improve how customers pay with Affirm by designing new experiences.
• Lead discovery through launch with Design, Analytics, and Engineering.
• Run experiments to improve conversion, payment success, and cost.
• Define payment processing that is safe, scalable, and cost-efficient.
• Partner across Product, Engineering, Finance, Design, and Partnerships.
