Job summary

Docusign is seeking a Senior Product Manager for its Compliance Platform to own the product strategy powering Audit and Monitor solutions for enterprise customers. You will translate complex multi-system dependencies into clear requirements and anchor alignment with executives and partner teams.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Data Science to ship features on time, measure KPIs, and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field (e.g., CS, EE, IT)
• 6+ years of directly relevant product management experience for SaaS products with a Master’s degree; or 8+ years with a Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Experience building and gaining consensus on comprehensive business cases for new product capabilities
• Experience delivering products using iterative or Agile methodologies

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for Docusign’s Audit and Monitor products, serving as the connective tissue between compliance platform strategy and customer experience
• Profile high-value business use cases in the compliance space while navigating complex distributed systems
• Translate complex requirements into clear, developer-ready specifications and a seamless customer experience
• Champion launch efficiency for new compliance features and packaging
• Define and operationalize success metrics (KPIs) for compliance platform performance
• Develop deep understanding of customer personas, compliance workflows, and Jobs to be Done
• Facilitate requirements definition across teams to create detailed epics and user stories
• Ensure collaboration across Program Management, Design, and Engineering to ship on time and to quality standards
• Drive go-to-market and adoption with Marketing, Pricing, Sales, Support, Legal, Security and other partners
