Job summary

DocuSign, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Core Services Platform to own the system strategy serving our largest enterprise customers.

You will translate complex, multi-system behavior into clear requirements and work with architects and engineers to build scalable, resilient solutions. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Lead Product Manager with a hybrid in-office/remote schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a technology-related field.
• 6+ years in SaaS product management with a Master’s, or 8+ years with a Bachelor’s.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices at enterprise scale.
• Experience building business cases for new product capabilities.
• Experience delivering products with Agile.

Responsibilities

• Own system strategy for core services platform guiding enterprise initiatives.
• Translate multi-system requirements into clear specs and tradeoffs.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers on scalable, resilient solutions.
• Define success metrics and use telemetry for iteration.
• Drive go-to-market and adoption with cross-functional teams.
