Job summary

Leidos is seeking a senior Product Manager to lead the Cloud One ACSS program at the government cloud level. You will translate mission needs into a clear roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and coordinate across Product Owners, technical leads, and stakeholders to deliver capabilities aligned with Government priorities.

You will work within an Agile framework, ensure value-driven delivery, and support planning readiness for Program Increment events, while maintaining traceability from stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience in complex technical, cloud, software, or IT programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the ACSS product vision and roadmap in coordination with the Government PM and stakeholders.
• Manage the program-level backlog including initiatives, epics, priorities, dependencies, and delivery status.
• Translate Government priorities into executable work with clear definitions, scope, sequencing, and measures of success.
• Coordinate with Product Owners to align team backlogs with the broader roadmap and program priorities.
• Drive PI planning and planning readiness, including roadmap review and dependency identification.
• Validate delivered capabilities meet intent through demos, reviews, and stakeholder feedback sessions.
