Job summary
Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. in Arlington, VA seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead delivery of technical solutions for US Government contracts.
You will translate customer requirements into technical specifications and coordinate across AWS Service Teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant delivery. Candidates should have 5+ years in technical product/program management, strong engineering collaboration, and an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements from an end-to-end process and translate them into technical requirements.
- Mentor stakeholders unfamiliar with NatSec customer experience and align requirements with AWS delivery.
- Collaborate with AWS Service teams to deliver solutions across government regions.
- Assess risks, anticipate issues, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
