Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 12+ years of experience in financial services with product management and strategic planning.
• Proven track record of managing complex product portfolios and multiple high-impact projects.
• Extensive knowledge of Treasury Solutions applications and products.
• Mastery of product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategy.
• Strong leadership and team management with organizational influence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• In-depth understanding of payment systems and financial industry practices.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for BIN acquiring.
• Lead cross-functional teams across product, technology, operations, risk, networks and partners.
• Manage product profitability, pricing strategies, and market expansion.
• Oversee agile backlogs, user stories, and sprint planning to align with business goals.
• Collaborate with marketing for product positioning and go-to-market content.
• Provide sales support and participate in client meetings and conferences.
• Monitor market data, competition, and pricing to refine strategy.
