Job summary

BECU is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape business banking and payments solutions, driving ownership from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization. You will translate member needs, market insights, and business goals into valuable product initiatives while partnering with Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Finance teams.

This role emphasizes ownership, complexity, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in tech, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Typically 7+ years in product management, product development, or related field.
Experience with platform technology and cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for complex products and systems.
Lead product lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization.
Develop pricing recommendations and business cases aligned with goals.
Gather member feedback, market trends, and regulatory considerations to guide direction.
Collaborate across Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Customer Service.
Monitor metrics and drive continuous improvements across products.
