Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, Operations, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7–12+ years of experience in financial services, consulting, product strategy, payments, digital banking, strategy execution, or transformation.
• Experience supporting senior executives or operating in strategic program management, business management, or transformation roles.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into clear execution roadmaps, milestones, and accountability structures.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, including product launches, payments strategy initiatives, and digital channel improvements.
• Drive governance, risk management, and policy adherence across product lines.
• Develop executive dashboards and provide data-driven insights for leadership updates.
• Coordinate go-to-market readiness, training, and channel alignment.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support regulatory inquiries.
