Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks a seasoned Head of BIN Sponsorship Operations to lead the teams handling initial origination through onboarding, relationship management, and revenue growth. You will drive performance across Account Management, Product, Onboarding, and Support, coordinating with Risk and Compliance for smooth execution.

Role requires deep banking/payments expertise, strategic leadership, and a proven track record in mid‑market to enterprise client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 12 years of proven success in an operational leadership role in banking or payments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Account Management team serving as primary contacts for BIN Sponsorship clients.
• Establish consistent account-management practices, service standards, escalation paths, and relationship plans.
• Oversee due diligence, onboarding, and launch activities with cross-functional partners.
• Provide reporting and guidance to leadership on pipeline, performance, risks, and capacity.
