Job summary

Huntington National Bank in Atlanta, GA seeks Head of BIN Sponsorship Operations to lead teams and processes supporting BIN Sponsorship clients from origination through onboarding and revenue growth.

You will oversee Business Development, Account Management, Product and Onboarding, ensuring timely approvals, launches, and ongoing client lifecycle management in collaboration with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Technology and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 12+ years of operational leadership in banking/payments for mid-market or enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Account Management team and serve as primary contact for BIN Sponsorship clients.
• Establish consistent account-management practices, service standards, escalation pathways, and relationship plans.
• Lead Product and Onboarding team for due diligence, approvals, onboarding and launches.
• Drive efficient processes across due diligence, approval, contracting, onboarding and lifecycle management.
• Provide reporting on pipeline, portfolio, performance, risks and opportunities to the General Manager.
• Represent BIN Sponsorship operations in governance forums and client meetings.
