Job summary

Superhuman is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the core data model and shared data services powering multiple products across the Superhuman suite. You will design data structures that enable intelligent, connected experiences for internal teams and customers.

You will partner with data engineering, product engineering, data science, and security to define governance, schemas, and interfaces, turning complex data into durable platform primitives used by product teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, with technical platform or data/AI experience.
• Hands-on fluency with data systems: modeling, schemas, APIs, warehouses, analytics infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap for core data model and shared platform services across multiple products.
• Define canonical entities, relationships, events, and semantics for product/AI teams.
• Collaborate with engineers to build scalable data systems, APIs, and services.
• Translate data capabilities into clear requirements and adoption paths.
• Establish data trust standards, documentation, governance, and developer experience.
• Define success metrics and communicate platform impact to stakeholders.
