Location: Remote. Compensation ranges from $153,935 to $213,000 annually, with equity and a flexible hybrid benefits package.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management, preferably with internal tools or workflow products.
• Experience with at least one AI or automation product in production.
• Proven ability to map complex business processes and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Comfortable shadowing team members to understand workflows and measure success by efficiency gains.
• Strong understanding of AI tools, including LLMs and their application in workflows.
• Ability to influence and earn trust from cross-functional leaders.

This role will shape how AI is applied to internal workflows, with a strong emphasis on identifying high-value automation opportunities and turning them into practical product solutions. You will partner closely with functional leaders and engineering teams to define the right problems, establish success metrics, and deliver outcomes that improve efficiency at scale. The position is ideal for someone who can combine product thinking, process analysis, and AI fluency to drive measurable operational impact. You will also guide rollout decisions and ensure successful handoff of solutions to the teams that will own them long term.
