For our client, we are seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager, Enterprise AI to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will drive enterprise-wide AI programs from strategy through operational adoption, ensuring cross-functional execution and measurable business impact. The position partners closely with engineering, security, and compliance teams to build scalable governance and intake processes for AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical program management experience, structured operating rigor, and the ability to translate ambiguity into clear execution across a complex enterprise environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $168,560 – $231,770 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide AI programs from strategic planning to operational adoption
• Manage dependencies and timelines across multiple teams to ensure seamless AI delivery
• Establish an operational cadence and compile executive-level progress reports
• Optimize the AI intake and request routing pipeline for business value and success metrics
• Track requests through the full software lifecycle from intake to production
• Facilitate governance processes to ensure compliance across AI initiatives
• Manage the enterprise backlog for AI use cases in alignment with product priorities
• Design scalable operational processes, including intake forms and service level agreements

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management in enterprise environments
• Proven ability to design and scale operational frameworks for intake and governance
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience in engineering, security, and compliance
• Technical fluency with modern AI tools and workflow management systems like Jira

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
