Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Applied AI to lead the application of AI to internal workflows. You will identify high-value automation opportunities, define success metrics, and deliver practical product solutions. The role partners with leaders and engineering to drive measurable efficiency at scale and oversee rollout and handoff to owning teams.

Location: Remote. Compensation ranges from $153,935 to $213,000 annually, with equity and a flexible hybrid benefits package.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management, preferably with internal tools or workflow products.
• Experience with at least one AI or automation product in production.
• Proven ability to map complex business processes and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Comfortable shadowing team members to understand workflows and measure success by efficiency gains.
• Strong understanding of AI tools, including LLMs and their application in workflows.
• Ability to influence and earn trust from cross-functional leaders.

Responsibilities

• Map workflows by shadowing team members to identify inefficiencies.
• Select and prioritize workloads for automation based on impact and volume.
• Establish baseline metrics with functional leaders before project initiation.
• Collaborate with engineering to design and implement automation solutions.
• Define rollout strategy for the first version of the automation tool.
• Ensure smooth handoff of the workload to the function with a designated owner.
• Evaluate project success and make decisions on continuation or adjustments based on metrics.
