Ladders is seeking an Operations/Product Director, Workflow & AI to join our remote team. This role will shape systems, tools, and workflows that power day-to-day operations and drive measurable business impact.

You will work with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, prioritize high-value initiatives, and deliver automation that improves efficiency and execution, with a strong emphasis on AI and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; extra credit for hard sciences or Philosophy.
• 5+ years in Biz Ops or Product Management with a focus on tangible outcomes.
• Proven experience launching products or operations under pressure.
• Familiarity with AI/LLMs, data analysis, dashboarding, and SQL.
• Strong storytelling ability with a compelling origin story.

For our client, we are seeking a Operations/Product Director, Workflow & AI to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will shape the systems, tools, and workflow improvements that power day-to-day operations and drive measurable business impact. The ideal candidate will combine operational rigor with product thinking to turn complex processes into scalable solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, prioritize high-value initiatives, and deliver automation that improves efficiency and execution. A strong interest in AI, data, and practical problem-solving will be essential to success in this highly cross-functional role.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $150,000 – $250,000 annually
