Job summary

Fathom Management is seeking an experienced Sr. Integration Developer to design, develop, and support scalable enterprise integrations across applications, APIs, data platforms, and cloud environments.

The successful candidate will combine strong backend development, API integration, and architecture skills with the ability to establish integration standards, design patterns, and best practices across the full lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software development in Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience with RESTful services, SOAP, or GraphQL.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and architecture.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with API security and DevOps practices (CI/CD).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end integration solutions spanning backend services, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Translate requirements into scalable, secure integration solutions.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs using modern languages and integration platforms.
• Design and implement secure RESTful and enterprise APIs.
• Apply integration patterns: event-driven, pub/sub, ESB, and iPaaS.
• Implement API security standards (auth, versioning, throttling, error handling).
• Develop data mapping, transformation, orchestration across systems.
• Build and deploy integration processes across Dev, Test, UAT, Production.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Monitor performance and provide post-deployment production support.
• Create architecture diagrams and technical artifacts.
• Define and promote integration design patterns and standards.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize data flows.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams.
