Job summary

Super Dispatch is seeking a Senior Product Manager to build and scale Platform & Integrations, including our public API and a growing ecosystem of partners. The role partners closely with engineering and other product leads across a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

You will own API strategy, drive adoption metrics, and collaborate with external providers to deliver impactful integrations that help carriers, shippers, and brokers move faster.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, with APIs or partner ecosystems.
• Strong technical fluency to work with engineers on API design and architecture decisions.
• Experience creating and leading cross-functional teams and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own the Platform & Integrations roadmap, including public API and partner ecosystem.
• Define and monitor API usage metrics and adoption across teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and leadership to align platform strategy.
• Lead changes to Public API Update and Change Management process with minimal disruption.
• Partner with external providers to expand the platform and integrations.
