Job summary

CloudTalk seeks a Senior Product Manager to own a customer-facing product and shape how sales and support teams work with AI.

You will decide what to build, deeply understand users through research, and craft a vision that advances our product strategy while driving measurable outcomes. You will lead customer discovery with peers in PM and Design and align R&D and GTM around effective solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Product Manager owning a customer-facing B2B product.
• Experience creating clear, compelling, and well-researched explanations of business value, risks, user flows, and impact of multi-phase initiatives.
• You are data- and user-obsessed, and comfortable with qualitative and quantitative research to inform decisions.
• Hands-on AI usage you can show, like a prototype you built or a workflow you rebuilt.
• Experience with voice, conversation intelligence products is a plus, not a requirement. How you work matters more than your industry.

Responsibilities

• Decide what gets built, why, and how you'll know it worked.
• Build a deep understanding of your core users through direct and indirect research.
• Craft a vision and strategy that contributes to our product strategy and drives measurable progress toward our business goals and customer outcomes.
• Co-leading customer discovery alongside peers in Product Management & Product Design, facilitating journey mapping sessions, identifying key tasks, and aligning R&D and GTM around well-articulated solutions.
• Use AI in your daily work: prototype ideas, ship small changes to production yourself and get through customer research faster.
• Collaborate with teammates in your team, other product teams, and key roles in Product Marketing, Customer Experience, and R&D to iteratively identify, validate, and define solutions to users' day-to-day challenges.
• Collaborate, learn, & lead across R&D and CloudTalk-wide to level-up approaches and drive product-led decision-making.
