Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Associate Product Manager – AI & Voice Technology based in the United States. You will contribute to the development and continuous improvement of AI-powered products, with a focus on voice technology and customer interactions.

Working with product leaders, developers, and business stakeholders, you will translate business needs into actionable requirements, analyze conversations, review metrics, and identify opportunities to enhance functionality and user experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in product operations or product management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Familiar with APIs and software development lifecycle.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity.
• Russian language proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day product operations, backlog, testing, and documentation.
• Translate business needs into clear product specs and tasks.
• Coordinate with dev, sales, and stakeholders for updates.
• Review call transcripts to spot AI performance issues.
• Analyze user experiences to identify friction and improvements.
• Monitor product KPIs and flag trends or issues.
• Prepare reports with prioritized leadership recommendations.
• Collaborate with developers to test and implement enhancements.
• Maintain product documentation and project deliverables.
• Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks.
