Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager to direct the strategy for evaluating conversational AI solutions and lead the Analytics Pillar. You will sit at the cutting edge of GenAI, scaling automated validation and unstructured analytics across customer interactions.

You will mentor product and analytics teams while aligning backlogs with executive priorities, driving delivery velocity and maintaining high standards across regulatory and business use cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, CS, CE, Software Eng, Mechanical Eng, IS or related)
• Bachelor's degree + 4 years of Product Management experience

Responsibilities

• Own platform integration and roadmap to onboard conversational AI solutions onto the quality platform
• Design scalable QA and analytics infrastructure for accurate insights across customer intents
• Lead core product workstreams including transcript-level LLM intelligence and natural language querying
• Mentor product and analytics teams and align backlogs with executive priorities
