Job summary

Capital One is seeking a tech-forward Senior Product Manager to direct strategy for evaluating conversational AI solutions and lead the Analytics Pillar team. You will sit at the cutting edge of GenAI servicing as we scale automated validation and unstructured analytics across customer interactions.

You will own platform integration, drive QA and analytics infrastructure, guide core product workstreams, and develop people by aligning backlogs with executive priorities and accelerating delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, or Bachelor's with 4+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy and analytics into digital products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own platform integration and roadmap execution for onboarding conversational AI solutions to the quality platform.
• Design scalable QA and analytics infrastructure to support rapid coverage expansion and insights accuracy.
• Guide core analytics workstreams, including transcript-level LLM intelligence and natural language querying.
• Mentor and develop product and analytics teams, aligning backlogs with executive priorities.
