Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Conversational AI Servicing Quality Assurance to lead onboarding and evaluation of AI solutions on our enterprise QA platform. You’ll drive end-to-end integration and scale automated assessments across a diverse set of customer intents and tasks.

You will guide AI QA development, feedback loops, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring robust, scalable solutions while advancing GenAI servicing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management or equivalent leadership roles.
• Experience with data/platform or cloud-scale conversational apps; knowledge of LLM evaluation pipelines.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across business and tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and roadmap for integrating conversational AI into the enterprise QA platform.
• Develop AI QA capabilities and automated feedback loops for continuous learning and self-correction.
• Design scalable automated QA processes to cover a vast library of intents and tasks.
