Job summary

Opiniion is a resident experience platform seeking a Senior Product Manager to own an end-to-end product area, including the business case and not just the backlog. You will decide what to build, run multiple workstreams, and prototype ideas directly with engineers and customers.

You will face the challenge of prioritizing real problems over requests, measuring outcomes, and shaping AI-driven resident engagement at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, including 3+ years shipping B2B SaaS.
• Credible with customers; can run a discovery conversation and uncover real needs.
• Product taste with clear distinction between essential details and polish.
• Sufficient technical depth to read PRs, follow architecture, and run SQL queries.
• Experience building AI-powered prototypes and testing with real users.

Responsibilities

• AI Platform: Define and build our new AI platform on top of resident data, from prototype to production.
• Quality of the Intelligence: Decide what correct means, build evaluations, and design customer-facing outcomes when wrong.
• Prioritization: Balance requests against finite engineering capacity and identify real problems.
• Prototyping: Create working prototypes and put them in front of customers for feedback.
• Problem Discovery: Engage with property managers and on-site teams to uncover the next product opportunity.
• Outcomes: Define success before work starts and report progress honestly.
