Job summary

Neighborly Software is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the product vision for a cloud-based platform serving affordable housing and community development programs. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle—from discovery to launch and iteration—focusing on financial operations, platform scalability, and AI-enabled workflows.

You’ll influence senior leaders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products that drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or relevant SaaS experience.
• Experience running end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and communicate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience supporting platform scaling—growth in users, data, integrations, or complexity.
• Working fluency with AI tools and applying them to product work.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned areas, from discovery to post-launch iteration.
• Define long-term product vision and lead roadmap planning.
• Align initiatives with company strategy and communicate priorities to executives.
• Drive roadmap for budgeting, disbursements, invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting with compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering on platform scalability, performance, and integration decisions.
• Run continuous discovery through customer interviews and feedback loops.
