Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. is seeking a senior product leader to drive the Customer Platform team. You will own large product areas, partner with customers and internal stakeholders, and deliver end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and system design.

You’ll move quickly, maintain high quality, and mentor junior engineers while guiding product lifecycle from concept to production. You will influence culture and processes within a growing engineering organization, work across the product lifecycle,

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of product management experience preferred.
• Proven track record shipping high-quality products at scale.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Own large areas within our product.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external customers.
• Build features end-to-end: frontend, backend, system design, testing.
• Deliver experiments quickly with high quality to engage customers.
• Manage product lifecycle from conceptualization to production.
• Influence culture, values, and processes of the engineering team.
• Inspire and mentor less experienced engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features.
