Job summary

WRITER seeks a Senior Staff Product Manager to shape the next chapter of our AI-powered product platform. You will report to the VP of Product and serve as a force-multiplier, setting direction where unclear and ensuring critical initiatives ship with excellence.

You will own ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces spanning multiple product areas, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution while turning evolving AI capabilities into lovable customer products.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience (Senor- or staff-level)
• Experience owning and shipping complex, high-impact products in SaaS/platform/AI contexts
• Ability to operate autonomously across ambiguous, multi-team spaces
• Strong customer obsession and ability to translate user needs into product requirements
• Technical credibility to discuss LLMs, agents, platform architecture, and data

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product initiatives from discovery to launch and iteration across multiple squads
• Shape product strategy and roadmap in partnership with product leadership
• Engage with enterprise buyers and end users to validate needs and champion customer voice
• Collaborate with engineering and design to define requirements and tradeoffs
• Align stakeholders across GTM, sales, marketing, and leadership and communicate strategy effectively
• Define and own success metrics and tell the outcomes story to leadership
• Mentor PMs and promote rigorous, customer-obsessed product craft
