Job summary

Opiniion is a resident experience platform that partners with property management to improve living experiences for residents. We seek a Senior Product Manager to own an end-to-end product area, from business case to shipping features, closely collaborating with engineers and the SVP of Product & AI.

You will validate problems, prototype solutions, and decide what gets built, balancing customer needs with engineering capacity while shaping the future of resident engagement across multifamily

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, with 3+ years shipping B2B SaaS.
• Able to run discovery conversations with operators and uncover real needs.
• Strong product taste; explain what makes features essential vs polish.
• Sufficient technical depth to read code, discuss architecture, and run SQL.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the AI platform from prototype to customer-ready version.
• Decide what is built by prioritizing across engineering capacity.
• Prototype and test with customers; hand requirements to engineers.
• Discover real problems by observing customers on-site and in their workflows.
• Define success metrics before work starts and report progress honestly.
• Balance customer requests with feasible solutions and guide product strategy.
