Job summary

Opiniion is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Lehi, UT to own a product area end to end, including the business case and go/no-go decisions. You will decide what to build, run multiple workstreams, and prototype ideas directly with engineers and customers.

You will work with AI workflows, define success metrics, and lead product discovery with property managers and onsite teams. A strong track record in B2B SaaS and a bias for delivering usable software is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, incl. 3+ years shipping B2B SaaS.
• Credible with customers; can run discovery conversations.
• Product taste with opinions on design and feasibility.
• Enough technical depth to challenge engineers and read PRs.
• Build working prototypes with AI tooling and test with users.

Responsibilities

• AI Platform: Define and build our new AI platform from prototype to production.
• Quality of the Intelligence: Define correctness criteria and customer-facing outputs.
• Prioritization: Decide what to build given finite engineering capacity.
• Prototyping: Build prototypes and present to customers for feedback.
• Problem Discovery: Engage property managers and site teams to uncover true problems.
• Outcomes: Define success before work starts and measure impact.
