Follow Up Boss, part of Zillow Group, seeks a Senior Product Manager to shape AI across the platform, connecting AI to data, workflows, and integrations. You’ll drive memory and context features to personalize experiences for agents.

You will partner with engineering, AI/ML, design, and product teams to ship iterative solutions, prioritize high-value opportunities, and align roadmaps for web and mobile experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in platform, AI, LLM, or complex product spaces.
• Strong technical fluency to work with engineers on APIs, integrations, data models, and system design.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and evolution of platform capabilities for AI assistants, workflows, and integrations.
• Define how internal AI systems and external partners connect to FUB data and actions.
• Shape context and intelligence capabilities to improve AI understanding of activity and data quality.
